Polarisation is rife in today’s world. It’s given voice by the press, facilitated by social media and capitalised upon in politics. Rather than the consensus we need, to tackle the huge challenges which the world is facing, we are distracted by entrenched views and a lack of willingness to consider other points of view.

Systemic constellations can reveal underlying patterns and dynamics in organisations, in external networks, and in other working relationships. They can help us to resolve our own cognitive dissonance, as well as to provide new perspectives for transforming conflicts.
